This policy explains how ngaduls.site handles copyright infringement claims pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Submitting a Proper DMCA Notice
Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) exact URL(s) on ngaduls.site, (3) your contact info, (4) good-faith statement, (5) accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, (6) your physical/electronic signature. Send to dmca@ngaduls.site.
Our Response
We will remove/disable access to the reported material and notify the user/uploader. We may request more information if the notice is incomplete.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed by mistake/misidentification, send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of removed material and its prior URL; statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake; and consent to jurisdiction as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Send to dmca@ngaduls.site. Unless the complainant files a lawsuit, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may suspend/terminate users determined to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly false DMCA notices or counter-notices may incur liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Third-Party Hosting & Links
We cannot remove content hosted on third-party services. Rights holders should also contact the relevant host/platform.

We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page.
